Covid-19: Additional 13 positive cases, 10 recoveries.

Male’, Maldives — As of 6 pm of June 19, Additional 13 cases have been confirmed for the virus and 10 people have recovered from Covid-19 in Maldives.

HPA disclosed that these 13 cases are of 10 Bangladeshi nationals and 3 Maldivian nationals.

Along with these 13 cases, the total number of confirmed cases is now at 2150. Among these, currently there are only 371 active cases in Maldives.

Counting the 10 recovery cases confirmed today, a total of 1,769 cases have recovered from the virus in Maldives. Therefore, 82% of the people confirmed for the Covid-19 virus has fully recovered from it in Maldives.

Up to date, four elderly Maldivians and four Bangladeshis have passed away from the virus in Maldives.

While 302 people are held in isolation facilities, 156 people are in quarantine facilities.
