JUST IN: Three new Covid-19 cases recorded from Fuvahmulah!

Fuvahmulah City, Maldives – Three new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded from Fuvahmulah City.

Fuvahmulah Emergency Operation Center (FEOC), revealing the three new cases, detailed that with this, the number of active cases in the city has now risen to 18.

It was also revealed that 7 Covid-19 patients in the single island city have recovered since the initial reports, with more samples being collected from the city as random surveillance. As such 91 samples were collected today, while 144 results are still pending.

With this, Fuvahmulah still remains under monitoring, as authorities also implement a strict curfew from 20:00 to 04:00 of every night.
